kaethe:k educational program offers further training and qualification. In workshops, seminars, field trips and internships, artists learn how to work independently and to enhance their artistic and their soft skills. They are exposed to a range of professional fields and are trained for employment opportunities. In cooperation with structural programs, cultural and educational institutions, as well as enterprises in the creative industry, the in-house program provides access to the general education system and the labor market.
